Description Job Title: Office and Sales Co-Ordinator Our client is a manufacturing company in Blackheath, Cape Town producing products for national and international markets. They are looking for an Office and Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team as soon as possible. In this position, you will be tasked with executing the day-to-day office activities accurately and timeously according to the Standard Operating Procedures of our client. The job is a crucial support to all operations relating to the business to ensure smooth flow and integration between the factory/Office and that all customer orders/enquiries are attended to. Your Key Responsibilities Sales / Marketing Support Financial Administration In-House Process Management Support Telephone and Reception Duties Housekeeping/Refreshments Control Document Control Filing Compliance Administration Data Capturing Procurement as per the Purchasing Process Payroll Administration General Administration Ad-hoc Duties Your Profile Excellent MS Office Skills. Previous experience in Office Administration Previous experience in Sales/Marketing (Advantageous) Strong personality with extreme attention to detail who enjoys taking a systematic approach to tasks. A doer attitude who enjoys the buzz of a busy working environment, who is willing to go the extra mile for their own growth as well as that of the business. High self-motivation and willingness to learn. Proven teamworking skills. Professional and service-oriented demeanor. Valid driver's license and own car essential. Experience in Quickbooks (Advantageous) Starting date : As soon as possible Location: Blackheath, Cape Town Salary : R9 000-R12 000 per month depending on experience.
