Duties ● Manage two people on reception ● Ensure no calls are dropped and that every client gets a friendly, rapid and helpful response. ● You will also cover as a second receptionist during lunch hours and when receptionists are on annual leave ● Helping with admin overflow ● Taking minutes of important meetings Requirements and Skills ● Patient, but firm, you strive for excellence and know how to motivate others to buy into your vision ● You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an office manager, office assistant or similar role ● Computer literate ● You have had influence or have been part of a customer-facing team and have a deep understanding and belief that the customer is always right The post Office Manager appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
