Office Manager - South Africa

You will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification OR minimum of 7 years in similar position
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Duties:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools - Email / Outlook
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues
  • Travel arrangement
  • Liaise with facility management vendors
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems and procedures
