Position: Operations Assistant Location: Various locations, not office-bound Responsibilities: Collaborate with Area Managers, General Managers, and Head Chefs to ensure smooth operations across multiple restaurant venues. Maintain a keen focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction, upholding the brand's reputation for excellence. Utilize your extensive experience in restaurant management and luxury brand standards to drive operational efficiency and uphold quality standards. Coordinate with on-site teams to address operational challenges, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across different locations, providing support where needed to optimize operations. Monitor inventory levels, assist in procurement processes, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and management, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Requirements: Proven experience in General Management within the restaurant industry, preferably within luxury dining establishments. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Own transport is essential for mobility between various locations.
