- Oversee workshop staff and handle staff related queries.
- Assist the organisations processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage Security Officers.
- Manage the companys fleet of vehicles.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
