Minimum Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in the Cleaning Industry, of which at least 2 years is in an Operations Management capacity
Minimum Grade 12 Qualification
Degree or National Diploma in Operations or Business Management will be advantageous
Ability to manage Human Resources including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, staff welfare and Health and Safety
MS Office proficient
The ability to impact positively on productivity through effective team participation | on-going customer service improvement | sound administration procedures
Must be able to provide contactable references
Must be able to provide pay slips on request
