Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to helm their state-of-the-art medical facility. This pivotal role involves steering the hospital towards operational excellence, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering an environment that prioritizes quality patient care. Join a forward-thinking team where your leadership can make a tangible difference in the lives of many Responsibilities: Spearhead the strategic direction and planning of hospital operations in line with the organization's vision and goals. Cultivate operational excellence by setting high standards and driving continuous improvement across hospital services. Oversee a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care and exceptional service. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and manage operational risks effectively. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government and healthcare bodies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare; an MBA is advantageous. At least 5-7 years of experience in Operations Management with a proven track record. Expertise in private healthcare, hospital operations, and healthcare and labor-related legislation. Demonstrated proficiency in operational and strategic management, financial acumen, and organizational awareness. Strong capabilities in strategic stakeholder management. A minimum of 3 years in a people management role.
