Responsible for the profitable management of the Parts-, Workshop- and Whole Goods section of the Mechanization branch through excellent service to internal and external customers. Management of stock levels within the VKB framework Management of expenses including stock losses, day to day expenses and budgets Ongoing customer service through facilitating and solving of queries and complaints General management to ensure that all VKB policies are applied Personnel management Workshop administration and claims Financial management of branch Grade 12/ NQF4 Relevant tertiary qualification will serve as recommendation Proven knowledge of New Holland , Case and other mechanization implements and parts Knowledge of the agricultural mechanization industry 3-years proven experience within a similar role Proficient in the MS Office package Between 7 - 10 Years
