We are looking for a dedicated Operations systems manager to join our client in the cosmetic manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. We are looking for someone to oversee all processes and procedures on the MRP system. System Management: Manage and maintain operation systems to ensure seamless functionality and reliability. Implement upgrades and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operational systems promptly. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze operational data and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key metrics and findings to support decision-making processes. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure operational systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assess risks associated with operational processes and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on operational systems and procedures. Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for operational system-related inquiries. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (X years) in managing operational systems, preferably in [industry or sector]. Strong proficiency in numerical analysis, data interpretation, and reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
