Our client is looking for an Operations Manager for their branch in Pretoria. The client is a stockist of aluminium window frames and doors and primarily sells to Fabricators who build and then install. The Operations Manager oversees 5 key areas namely: Stock Management and Optimisation, Logistics and Deliveries, Health and Safety, Team Management and Operations. Your primary focus is to ensure that we exceed customer expectations through ensuring we delivery quality at the right time and cost. Responsible for overseeing the branch's daily operations. The key goals are to minimise risks to the branch, ensure customer satisfaction, create a productive and motivated workforce, and optimise resources and fleet to ensure efficiencies and therefore cost effectiveness and profitability. Minimum Matric A tertiary qualification is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on stock optimisation, logistics and distribution, and fabricator relationships Knowledge of and implementation of health and safety policies is advantagous Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software. Syspro knowledge will be an advantage. We offer a cost to company plus the opportunity to earn productivity bonuses which are payable monthly.
