Join Our Team at PG Glass: Operations Support Manager. Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Operations Support Manager to join our dynamic team at PG Glass. In this role, you will work closely with our operational and support networks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards, drive process improvements, and optimize the efficiency of our Fitment Centres. Operational Support: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to review procedures, identify non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure effective operations and mitigate risks. Financial Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with financial processes by conducting regular checks on expenses, transactions, and asset management, ensuring adherence to controls and minimizing business risks. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of service excellence by analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and guiding the resolution of complaints to enhance customer satisfaction scores (NPS). Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment. Brand Standards: Monitor compliance with brand standards, identify corrective actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, supporting the integrity of our brand. Financial Process Management: Oversee accounting processes aligned with Finance Department standards, ensuring accurate monthly reporting within the PG Glass Network. Critical Requirements: Qualifications : Grade 12 and a relevant Business Diploma. Knowledge : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PG Glass operational systems and practices, and business administration. Skills : Strong budgeting, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience : Minimum 7 years in a relevant role with exposure to general management duties, including 3 years of functional experience in general management and 1-2 years in a PG Support Centre or Operations environment.
