Nautilus Pharma is seeking to hire experienced Softgel Operators. Job Purpose: Perform various tasks to fit auxillary equipment and operate, operate, dispense, mix, monitor, troubleshoot and clean/sanitise machinery according to set standards to meet production KPI's Responsibilities: •Ensure and verify adequate materials and supplies are available at the right quality to complete operations as per job requirement. •Facilitate movement of raw materials to/from the required production area (raw material returns, or supply to machine) •Assist in movement of production waste to designated areas •Maintain a high standard of GMP by performing housekeeping and sanitation of equipment and production area according to relevant SOP's •Maintain high standard of safety in the department. •Adhere to quality and food safety standards according to good manufacturing practices and in line with SOP's. •Perform minor maintenance checks and troubleshooting according to relevant SOP. •Report defective equipment to the departmental supervisors. Requirements: Essential: • Grade 12 Certificate with Maths • N2 relevant Technical Qualification. •Valid Reach Truck/Forklift License. •Basic Electrical knowledge. •Previous experience in dispensary/mixing sector
