Nautilus Pharma is looking to hire a experienced Equipment Cleaner. Job Purpose: To steam and clean production equipment for production use. Responsibilities: • Clean equipment by making use of the steam cleaner or other relevant tools. •Ensure that all equipment is clean according to SOP •Maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tooling •Ensure that disinfectant log is updated •Ensure that the tank cleaning checklist are completed accurately and authorized. •Maintain a high standard of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the department as per SOP . •Maintain high standard of safety in the steam cleaning department. •Ensure that all safety devices on the machines are working effectively Requirements: Essential: • Grade 12 certificate Desired: • Basic Computer Literacy •1 year experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical. •Previous cleaning experience •Knowledge of HACCP •Production documentation •Reconciliation and Processes •Knowledge of health and safety.
