Employer: Kolomela Group PTY(LTD) Receiving Unload inbound shipments safely and move bulk material to correct storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the bulk material. Quality Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. Order Picking Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is allocated as per the requisition form. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets in house Customer service standards. Loading of return Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas for collection Equipment On a daily basis, inspect and perform maintenance checks on the F.E.L., or other equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Inventory Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation. Health and Safety Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Maintenance Perform or assist in building – grounds, cleaning. Candidate Requirements Qualifications Grade 12 Valid Front End Loader license Experience Warehouse/stores experience in warehousing environment FMCG factory environment experience would be advantageous Skills Strong procedural aptitude Ability to learn and understand process control Skilled in using applicable equipment and/or systems Good communication skills Competencies Tolerance for routine Attention to detail Methodical Able to be pro-active in emergency situations Physical fitness The post Operators Front End Loader & Plant Assistant appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
