Order Fulfillment Specialist - High Technology Items - Cape Town City Centre
The Order Fulfillment Specialist oversees and manages the complete process, from customer orders being placed, all the way through to the products being delivered to the customer. They work in various settings, such as e-commerce companies, warehouses, and distribution centers. Responsibilities: Receive and process orders on SAP Manage customers expectations on collection or deliveries Assist with customers queries, back orders, SOH and pricing Track and report on shipping of orders Ensure effective collaboration with sales departments, to enable the optimization of order fulfillment. Manage daily order management operations through a team of Sales Support Representatives Maintain a consistent, professional, and effective communication process with assigned vendors and internal business partners Rapidly communicate significant supply issues to process partners and help to drive alternative customer solutions Must be able to utilize a PC effectively and have the ability to learn various software programs Must be able to access computer information and relay information to sales associates Must have initiative and decision-making skills Basic/intermediate understanding of database structure, queries, reporting, familiarity with Reports
