We are seeking for a dynamic candidate to receive, validate, and capture customer orders into thesales system. The successful candidate must have computer proficiency, filing and telephone experience, and organizational skills. Key responsibilties Capture orders on the system. Manage proof of deliveries. Accurate filling of all orders and POD's. Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments. Communicate delivery updates with sales team. Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries. Track shipments and update master list. Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary. Requirements Computer literate Proficiency in English Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Basic administration skills Ad-hoc duties when required. Qualifications and experience Matric/ Grade 12 Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position Desired Skills: Processing Of Orders Managing orders Excel spreadsheet Sales Order Administration Accurate Data Entry Invoice Checking Arranging deliveries Sales Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Admin Clerk Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: The Company has been supplying the local Southern Africa market for over 20 years and remains the largest amenities company in South Africa.
