This Hybrid role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients executive office and requires exceptional project management abilities.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the Managing Directors calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Track and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the Managing Directors initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences, including logistics and agenda management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Engage in planning of events to increase brand awareness and enlighten various influential role-players of my clients commitment to conservation and sustainability.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy and sometimes pressurised environment.
- Adaptability and agility in thought processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Business acumen and ability to determine commercial viability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- An understanding of the luxury tourism industry would give you the competitive edge in your application.
- Ability to confidently communicate with influential role players and high-net-worth individuals.
