Paid Ads Specialist - Cape Town City Centre

This is an in-house role, and you will be directly responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, rather than overseeing a third party. Your primary goal will be to increase brand visibility, drive
targeted traffic and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create compelling ad copy, Coordinate in the design of eye-catching visuals, and optimize landing pages for conversion.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and budgets.
Performance Analysis:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad elements and optimize accordingly.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and spending.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve the highest possible return on investment.
Strategy and Research:
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Perform audience research, competitive analysis, and keyword research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative ad strategies to achieve business goals.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to create high-quality ad materials.
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with sales teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising or Business
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Google Ads
  • Experience with other advertising platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
