About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Paid Advertising Specialist, who will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to achieve the company's marketing objectives. Your expertise in analyzing data, identifying target audiences, and crafting compelling ad creatives will be crucial in driving quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and increasing ROI. What you’ll be doing: Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid advertising efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Set up, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Create ad copies, headlines, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders. Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment. Monitor spending, adjust bids, and allocate resources based on campaign performance and objectives. Keep abreast of developments in digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices. Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall marketing strategies. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
