- Agricultural Diploma/ Degree
- At least 2 years previous experience working with people/ labour
- Computer literate
- Agricultural background
- Must be dynamic, disciplined and have ownership mentality
- Strong management skills
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Willingness to learn
- Valid drivers license
- Valid passport
