Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Supervise the end-to-end production process, incl. filling, drying, packing, wrapping, labelling of all products.
Responsible for production process.
Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production.
Responsible for the delivery of product according to a set standard.
Stock control management.
Ensure product meets all customer requirements.
Oversee that hygiene standards are applied throughout all process and procedures.
Ensure that all procedures are implemented in accordance with legal requirements.
Report all non-conformances (quality and maintenance) to immediate manager.
Supervise and control subordinates activities to ensure daily production targets are met.
Supervise time and attendance of all subordinates.
Ensure disciplinary procedures are applied adequately.
