Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Working with Heat treatment furnaces, Mechanical, Dimensional and Chemical analysis inspection.
Supervision of the heat treatment and quality inspection workstations to ensure effective component flow to facilitate the company assembly line.
Managing heat treatment personal and inspectors.
Ensuring inspection and furnace equipment is working.
Monthly stock taking of equipment and furnace furniture.
Sourcing and purchasing of heat treatment equipment, inspection equipment and consumables.
Weekly and monthly reporting on heat treatment through-put, re-works and calculating furnace efficiencies.
Quality inspection on carburizing and stainless steel.
Training mechanical inspector.
Planning of material to be heat treated.
