What you'll need To be considered for this role, you need to have a completed degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning or CFP designation. You'll also need at least 3 years of working experience as a Paraplanner within wealth management. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and Morningstar Direct, is essential. Additionally, you should possess highly technical and analytical thinking, strong financial acumen, and high attention to detail.
