Parts Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

Our client within the Automotive Industry located in Cape Town CBD is looking to employ a Parts Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be supporting the parts team, working closely with the parts team and the admin/finance team.

Requirements:
  • Parts admin experience in a franchised motor dealership (2 years+)
  • Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (CDK, Drive, Keyloop etc.)
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of costing, accounts, orders, WIPs, etc.
  • Matric
Role / Duties:
  • Placing approved import orders
  • Preparing payment of duties
  • Costing of imports
  • Bringing in of parts stock
  • Facilitating parts buy-outs
  • Computing stock counts and variances at counts
  • Managing conversion of estimate
