Reference: CAW005918-LH-1 Parts Administrator - Cape Town - CBD Our client within the Automotive Industry located in Cape Town CBD is looking to employ a Parts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be supporting the parts team, working closely with the parts team and the admin/finance team. Requirements: Parts admin experience in a franchised motor dealership (2 years) Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (CDK, Drive, Keyloop etc.) Sound knowledge and understanding of costing, accounts, orders, WIP's, etc. Matric Role / Duties: Placing approved import orders Preparing payment of duties Costing of imports Bringing in of parts stock Facilitating parts buy-outs Computing stock counts and variances at counts Managing conversion of estimate Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
