Reference: PTA007376-Shell-1 Parts Counter-sales and Warehousing, Maputo We require a Mozambique citizen for this role only. There is no work permits for this role. Must be a Moz citizen. The post is based at the port in Maputo. Identifies correct part according to customer's needs. − Ensures that the correct information (part, price, and lead time) is quoted to the customer. − Managing and minimising credit notes. − Follows up on outstanding quotations. − Processing of sales orders and related ERP functions. − Running daily back-order reports and ensuring efficient dispatch of available parts − WIP management. − Adherence to service level agreement requirements. − Ensures accurate machine details are processed for component claims and service jobs − Effectively managing customer expectations. − Maintains critical stock levels required for breakdowns and services as well as daily orders − Assists internal and external clients for parts requirements. − Liaises with all stake holders regarding parts and related issues. − Performs warehouse functions at the MPDC site, which includes binning, picking, and maintaining and managing bin locations. − Warehouse house keeping and maintenance according to company standards. − Controls the logistics of parts end to end. − Initiates periodic stock takes. The successful person will have worked in a busy parts department and components division and offer a good understanding of technical parts and components.
