Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Role Summary Reports to the Head of Customer Service - The Storeman is accountable for picking / binning parts, coordination of warehouse, accurately and timeously. Receiving and dispatching of all parts. Coordination of warehouse Binning / picking Housekeeping Binning and picking of all parts Stock control Locate pre-determined bin location of all parts Verify the picked part Produce any reports related to parts, warehouse, movements Accuracy required for detailed description, parts numbers and quantity been picked / binned Accuracy of supplying and receiving part quantity's over counter. Required to operate forklift for heavy duty parts and other material equipment Housekeeping / maintenance Maintenance of parts in stock General orderly movement of all parts, boxes and packages. Blue slipping Assist parts salesman (all divisions) Maintain of sales orders Parts GRV Replenishment orders Capturing of serial numbers of major components Assist with stock taking Report all defects of parts to manager Cycle count on a weekly base Assure that core components return are plugged and clean before sending it back to headoffice Doing transport arrangements. Creating bin Locations Pre-shift inspection of forklift Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 3/4 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word; Excel, Supply chain Management / Warehouse stores experience Self-motivated Numeric Team Work Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures Able to work under pressure Accuracy Customer Service Skills Honest Reliable Able to make sound decisions Enthusiastic Positive & Proactive Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 3/4 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word; Excel, Supply chain Management / Warehouse stores experience
