- Overseeing current team, managing orders and status of imports of parts considering lead times, coordination with vehicle sales and service departments.
- Fully responsible for sales, staff, administration and reporting for the parts departments, incorporating clothing merchandise and other vehicle accessories.
- Tracking key metrics such as sales, inventory turnover, and profit margins, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
Required: Parts management experience in a franchised motor dealership (3 years+)
Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (CDK, Drive, Keyloop, etc.)
Sound knowledge and understanding of inventory monitoring principles.
