Qualification: Grade 12 Tertiary will be an advantage VIP Payroll Turbo Key Performance Areas: Payroll Provide support in being the first point of contact to and for employees for payroll Process payroll and maintain payroll information Verify banking records/accounts for all new employees Capture all employee details on VIP, (Basic employee information, Income Tax, Provident Fund, Job descriptions, Reporting information, remuneration etc) Hiring of contract employees, Insert employee finger print on readers Capture new employees on turbo time. Import time and attendance from Turbo Time and export into VIP Capture all leave information on VIP Ensure all deductions are captured on VIP Handle all payroll related queries Print Payslips Export reports from VIP Month End Time and Attendance Management of the time and attendance system Ensure all employees are added onto the Turbo Time system Monitor employees clocking's in the mornings and afternoons to ensure employees are clocking Reports Provide the following accurate reports to relevant management Headcount report – as and when required Departmental summary report Weekly sick leave report, absenteeism report and late coming report Recruitment Recruitment of contractual staff for all branches Draw up contracts for all contractual staff Ensure employees sign all relevant documents Ensure employees provide correct banking details. Ensure employees fill out employee biographical information Administration Confirmation of employment Ensure all wages employees have a personnel file Ensure all documents are filed correctly Excellent verbal and written communication skills In-depth understanding of human resources and labour rules and regulations Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent Interpersonal skills Deadline Driven R 10 000 - R11 000 - Monthly
