- Preparing salaries including overtime, commission, bonusses, etc.
- Loading of salaries for payment via EFT payments
- National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry: submitting monthly leave, holiday pay, sick leave, bonus payments, Provident Fund NBCRFI, Old Mutual, MIBCO
- Yearly completion of Tax Year End with VIP consultant
Qualifications and Skills: Knowledge of certain Legislation Criteria:
- BCEA
- General
- Regulation of working time

- Must have 4 years VIP experience
- Must know ODBC
- Must work to strict deadlines and work well under pressure
- Minimum Grade 12
- Good communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Training in Excel will be an advantage
- Self-starter
- Needs to be extremely well-organised, accurate and meticulous
- Sage 300 experience will be an advantage
