Our client a leader in the construction industry is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to be based in Sandton. The administrator will be responsible for preparing payrolls and related records for employees' salaries and statutory record keeping purposed. The employee will report to the Group Payroll Administrator. Processing Payroll. Loading of new employees. Preparation of payroll input files. The capture and processing of all permanent and temporary amendments. Capturing of termination and transfers. Maintain and update of personnel files. Print and distribute payslips if/when required. Assist employee with any payroll related queries. Process third party payments. General ledger reconciliation. 5 or more years Sage 300 payroll experience. Ability to perform under pressure. Must be detail orientated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong report writing skills.
