PAYROLL ASSISTANT Location: Capetown Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with all monthly payroll preparation (All Companies) Maintain and manage changes in employee data Submit employee data reports be assembling, preparing and analysing data Compiling monthly reports Provide Administrative support to the department by entering, formatting and printing information, organising work, Updating of spreadsheets Excel skills intermediate, must be able to use excel for report purposes Adhoc duties PREFERRED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 -3 years’ experience in finance or payroll administration Tertiary qualification in Finance or Payroll Administration will be advantages COMPETENCIES Strong Communication skills Strong numerical and analytical Skills Strong Organising skills Must be self -motivated, confident and enthusiastic Aware of key payroll aspects Excelent time and organisation management Attention to detail meticulous accuracy Knowledge of South African employment laws and regulations
