Minimum 6 years of full payroll function including reconcilliations and Journals At least 3 years of experience supervising a minimum of 2 Payroll Administrators on Sage 300 system Experience supervising across more than one Payroll database of -1500 preferably in Mining or Construction environment Experience implemention payroll processes effectively Excellent knowledge of POPIA,BCEA, Serverance, COIDA and Tax Statutory Laws Requirements Grade 12 Minimum National Diploma -Payroll Administration NQF 5 Registration with the South African Payroll Association Adventageous Ability to lead, supervise and train a team of Payroll Administrators
