FSI currently has a vacancy for an Intermediate Penetration Tester To ensure success, candidates must be capable of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information while working with a variety of technologies diagnosing security problems, as well as having exposure to networking fundamentals. Role Responsibilities: Perform penetration testing and attack simulations on business-critical infrastructure including internal servers, networks, and applications to identify and resolve security flaws. Occasional experiments with various methods attackers could use to exploit information security vulnerabilities. Complete threat assessment reports that outline penetration test findings and present findings to clients. Conduct physical security assessments of servers, systems, and network devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements. Create and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security. A formal qualification in information technology/computer information systems or related would be ideal. Security related certificate is a must (CEH, OSCP, CREST or similar) Working experience as a Penetration Tester preferred. Working experience in a security department or team (minimum 2-years). Good understanding of ICT technologies, Networking, and associated security. Exposure to Penetration testing tools. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with coding experience and proficiency in Python, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
