What You'll Do:
- Build positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and mediate conflicts.
- Stay updated on laws, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Implement processes, provide coaching, and assist with development plans.
- Keep policies compliant and collaborate on updates with legal counsel.
- Facilitate transparent communication and oversee payroll processes.
- Manage HR records, documentation, and optimize processes.
- Draft, review, and update contracts, ensuring alignment and legality.
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline operations.
- Design and deliver training programs on policies and best practices.
- Utilize data to provide insights and drive initiatives for improvement.
- Drive wellness initiatives and measure effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, compliance, administration, contracts, and employee relations.
- Hospitality Management NQF 6 (nice to have)
