We are currently seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to lead our dynamic Bloemfontein team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics activities, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. If you have a passion for logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team to success, we encourage you to apply and contribute to the continued growth and success of our operations. • Direct, supervise and coordinate the client site, transportation and customer services activities • Supervise team members • Supervise the Client Handover, Delivery and de-briefing of jobs/stock • Ensure Next Day Plan is checked and signed off with client • Create and sort all manifests/ delivery notes • Effective Load planning and space bookings • Maintain health and safety standards within your work area • Coordinate and execute load instructions • Effective dispatch planning as per customer requirements • Identify and report problem areas • Ensure that vehicle details are submitted to the relevant people • Follow up on urgent deliveries • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met • Submit a daily dispatch report • Ensure all client concerns are addressed timeously and feedback to client provided • Ensure all activities (Litres used, Km travelled hours worked) for all staff are Captured Correctly Matric (Diploma in Supply Chain or related field would be an advantage) Availability/Ability to work Night shift if required Effective communication on all levels within the organization and with customers Computer literate and excel proficiency Knowledge of vehicle loading, planning Ability to work under pressure Ability to supervise a diverse team After Hours and Weekend Work at short notice
