CENTRE : Head Office, Pietermaritzburg REQUIREMENTS : A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification with three to five years relevant experience in rendering a support service to the management; Language skills and ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different background. Knowledge, Skills, Training and competencies: Professional office etiquette, excellent administrative practices, organizational and planning skills; Knowledge of office administration; Ability to track documents, storage and retrieval; Ability to take initiative and work within minimum supervision; Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills DUTIES : Provide a secretarial/ receptionist support service to the manager; Render administrative support services; Provides support to manager regarding meetings, Supports the manager with the administration of the manager’s budget, Studies the relevant Public Service and departmental prescripts/policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly.
