Personal Assistant – Mandarin Fluency – Jet Park A leading Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with a presence in Jet Park, is seeking a skilled and Mandarin-speaking Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives and contribute to the efficient operation of our business. Minimum requirements: Possess a strong command of Mandarin, including verbal, reading, and writing skills. Matric/Grade 12 qualification. Relevant diploma in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field. 3 years of working experience in a similar role. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous. Job purpose: Act as a linguistic bridge between Mandarin-speaking executives and English-speaking counterparts. Personal Assistant and Secretarial Services: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Business Document Handling: Read, interpret, and present business reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents in Mandarin and English. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings. Computer Literacy: Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to Chinese computer systems used within the organization. Assist in basic financial tasks and documentation as required. Salary offer: Negotiable
