Role Responsibilities: Manage and monitoring all e-mails and responding to same, monitoring the pending e-mails. Reception duties, taking calls/messages. Diarize meetings/calls and any urgent matters for follow up. Assist Director/Executive with emails when on business leave or leave, diarizing in terms of importance and feedback. General distribution of information from the Director/Executive to all staff. Distributing emails that are sent through the website to the correct department. Filing of e-mails categorized by various clients. Taking minutes for meetings if required. Formulate monthly and annual stats /graphs. Ensure that functions and regional meetings are coordinated e.g., client meetings - making appointments and ensuring that it is updated on the calendar, budget meetings and regional meetings. Booking of boardroom for meetings/functions Month end matters, including month end stats. Assist with preparations of presentations if required. Any other task as delegated by Management.
