Afrox, a Linde company PGP Sales Account Manager Relational Klerksdorp, NW, South Africa | req14164 What you will enjoy doing As the Sales Manager you manage and co-ordinate activities for key and major customers under guidance of the Regional Sales Manager Contribute to the development of strategic plans for allocated key and major customers Gain full understanding of key and major customer processes. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with specialist resources such as Manufacturing Industries, to develop process/product solutions and thereby adding value to the customer Secure long-term supply agreements with Key and Major Account Customers, applying the LindePro methodology via the SFDC platform Professionally, you maintain, retain, manage, and grow the allocated customer base and manage assets on customer premises Part of your responsibility is grow sales by identifying gaps at allocated major customers; grow profits through effectively optimizing pricing opportunities and implementing Best Commercial Practice What makes you great You possess a University level degree in Commercial, Business or Marketing will be an advantage, you have at least five to ten year sales experience You will be the role model for high performance, target achievement and continuous development Business and financial acumen and drive to continuous improvement are essential You have experience in general principles of Key Customer management via LindePro methodology Demonstrated knowledge of both technical and commercial contexts of the Compressed and Hard goods business and working knowledge of SAP Why you will love working with us Afrox is a market leader in gases and welding products and part of Linde.
