Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to identify project requirements, constraints, and milestones.
- Prepare detailed work plans, resource allocation schedules, and cost estimates for project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and key performance indicators.
- Analyze project data and provide regular reports to project management on project status, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support project managers in decision-making by providing timely and accurate data analysis and recommendations.
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy).
- Proficient in Primavera software.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and critical path analysis in the context of PV projects.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in project planning using Primavera software in Solar, Substation and TL construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends is desirable.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as required by project demands.
- Professional Background:
- Seeking candidates with 6 to 10 years of overall experience in engineering roles to align with the project hierarchy and responsibilities.
