PURPOSE: The primary purpose of a manager in a Soap plant is to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of plant operations to ensure the efficient production of high-quality soap products. This includes developing and implementing operational strategies, managing production schedules, and optimizing production processes to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets. The manager is responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting collaboration and teamwork across departments. Additionally, the manager monitors key performance indicators, analyses production data, and identifies areas for improvement to drive continuous operational excellence. By executing these responsibilities with integrity, vision, and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the manager plays a pivotal role in achieving the plant's production goals, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering superior soap products to the market. Maintenance of product quality and consistency through adherence to quality control protocols. Compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and product quality. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. Promotion of a safe work environment through compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Implementation of safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards. Compliance with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and environmental protection. Identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Accurate forecasting and tracking of expenses related to production operations. Proactive identification of opportunities to improve plant operations and efficiency. Implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation 5 years in FMCG environment (preferably production soap &Candle ) Familiar with HACCP & BRC requirements 5 years in a management role Apply Now
