Minimum requirements:

Matric
Diploma or degree in Chemistry will be advantageous
4 years experience within a similar position in production or manufacturing environment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Own reliable transport and a valid drivers license
