- Matric qualification
- Qualification in Logistics or a related field is essential
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with the Shipping and Freight Industry
- Understanding of South African custom regulations, import and export procedures
- Experience working with EDI bills of entry, SAD 500, VOC export and cargo dues
- Computer literate
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Working with customer information and delivery documentation for port submissions
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage all documentation related to port operations and verify veterinary certificates
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP, GMPs and SOPs
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
