As they expand, they are seeking a hands-on Portfolio Financial Manager who is eager to roll up their sleeves and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in leadership roles. 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. Strong technological proficiency and comfort with financial systems. Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, aggressive work culture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance improvements. Financial Oversight: Manage the financial operations for multiple property portfolios, ensuring precise financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Process Improvement: Develop, document, and enhance financial processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Transaction Management: Oversee high volumes of transactions, including lease activities, billing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance. Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met within deadlines. Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, and coordinate both internal and external audits. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including property managers and investors, to ensure clear communication and alignment. Hands-On Approach: Engage directly with day-to-day operations, tackling challenges and driving initiatives with a proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude.
