Precision Machining Production Manager Good day we are looking for a Precision Machining Production Manager to work for our client in Saudi Arabia- the position entails you travel to the middle eastern countries Purpose of this role: Will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of our machining facility. Will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the Precision Machining Production Department. ln addition, will be responsible for training and managing employees, tracking production stats, and implementing quality control procedures. Requirements 10 years of experience in Precision Machining, Production, and/or Manufacturing environments, (2,3,4,5 axis) CNC machines, cutting tools, and programming. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills Ability to manage production teams in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices and principle Knowledge of quality-control methodologies and processes
