Minimum Requirements Qualification(s): Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages/Diploma/Certificate in the relevant function at NQF 4 with 120 Credits Related Minimum Experience: 2 years' experience in Security Professional Registration Body: Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) Grade B Skills and Competencies Behavioral Professionalism Integrity Performance driven Disciplined Able to work under pressure and with deadlines Ability to interact at a senior level Leadership Training ability and experience Team player Employee relationship building Knowledge Knowledge of Security Legislation related to Security Training Policies, Procedures, standards and practices Skill Be able to coordinate and give direction Effective customer-care skills Must be able to apply theoretical and subject matter an basic business knowledge o the job. Must be in a position to apply Good knowledge of governance, security legislation, protocols and situation monitoring.
