We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Development Intern. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in process improvement and development within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new processes to improve operational efficiency. 2. Conduct research and analysis on current processes to identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze workflows, and propose process enhancements. 4. Support the documentation of process changes through creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. 5. Participate in testing and validation activities for new processes or process improvements. 6. Develop and maintain insightful data visualization reports to support management in making informed decisions. Qualifications: - Currently holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, or in your final year of an Industrial Engineering degree and need to complete your final year project. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in process development within a fast-paced environment.
