Process Engineer - Rosslyn
Job Description:
Skills Required:
- Quality systems and concepts
- Manufacturing processes
- Customer specific requirements
- Understanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminium automotive components)
- Core Tool: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- National Diploma in a relevant Engineering qualification
- Tertiary qualification in TQM
- Qualified Toolmaker/Millwright will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of quality experience within the automotive environment
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the use of Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA,
- FMEA, Control plans & Six Sigma Green Belt
