Reference: PTA001208-JP-1 A global food and beverage producer is seeking an experience Manufacturing Manager to drive manufacturing processes within their poultry plant based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. Minimum requirements for the role: Must have degree in food sciences, engineering or related Minimum 15 years' progressive poultry processing management experience in modern, high-speed operations (12,000 birds/hour or more) will be required Must have a proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment Strong influencing skills in developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships are essential Must be willing to live in a remote location with limited resources Must be physically able to work with moving machinery, in cold temperatures (8 to 10 degrees Celsius on the factory floor), and with poultry waste in the primary processing areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing leadership to the management team. Optimizing the availability of processes and production equipment. Ensuring all production processes are running efficiently and effectively. Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and quality standards. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
